Background
Tim began his professional career as a software developer. He found his love of project management while working the help desk at Sabre in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Tim's home town. It didn't take long for Tim to become one of the top project managers, in the company.
After 13 years of extensive project management training courses, training seminars/symposiums, managing high profile delivery engagements, and specializing in recovering troubled projects, Tim began his consulting practice.
By leveraging his comprehensive training and honing his skills in industry standard project management best practices, Tim has successfully applied his knowledge and core competencies across several industries;
